1. Definitions

6. Withdrawals

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The User's account activity is fraudulent, suspicious, or poses a risk to the platform or other users;
• The User is found to be below the minimum age of 21;
• The account has been subject to a self-exclusion request;
• Applicable law or regulatory requirements necessitate account closure;
• The User has engaged in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward y5555 staff or other players.

Upon account termination for cause, y5555 may — at its discretion — void all pending bonus balances, winnings arising from prohibited activity, and any funds linked to fraudulent activity. Real Money Balance funds may be returned to the verified payment method on file subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting y5555 customer support. Verified real money balances will be returned to the User's nominated payment method following the standard withdrawal process.

15. Disputes & Complaints
